Meet your new favorite carb substitute. Cauliflower rice looks like the real thing but tastes even better. It’s a healthy replacement in stir fry, burritos and more.
- 2 Tbsp. Canola oil
- 1 head cauliflower
1. Cut the cauliflower into large pieces then break it into large florets.
2. Add the cauliflower to the food processor. Using the chop or pulse function, process the cauliflower until it is in rice-sized pieces. Be sure to process in batches to avoid overfilling the food processor.
3. Heat the oil in a pan on medium-high heat. Add the processed cauliflower and cover. Cook until tender, about 10 minutes. Serve immediately.
