There’s nothing quite as good as pie and this S’mores pie is no exception. With chocolate ganache and peanut butter it’s the perfect mix of sweet and salty. Put your own twist on it by topping it with chocolate chips or pretzels.
- Pre-made graham cracker crust
- 12 oz. dark chocolate
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 12 jumbo marshmallows
1. Pour the chocolate chips in a bowl and set aside. Heat the cream over medium heat until it starts boiling. Remove from the heat and pour over the chocolate chips. Whisk until smooth. Pour the ganache into the graham cracker crust. Refrigerate for 30 minute or until firm.
2. Remove from the refrigerator and spread the peanut butter all over. Put back in the fridge for another 30 minutes or until firm.
3. Heat the marshmallows in the microwave for 20 seconds. Whisk until smooth. Spread evenly over the pie. Heat the top with a blowtorch or broil in the oven until golden brown, about 3 to 4 minutes. Throw back in the fridge for 5 to 10 minutes and serve.
